In 2019, the Phlipot family embraced the opportunity to breathe new life into this beloved establishment. With a deep respect for its storied past, they undertook thoughtful renovations that unveiled original 1930s features, including exposed brick and restored woodwork, while introducing modern comforts and a refreshed ambiance.
